'Chapstick'

An unusual find, this tube contained a fruit-flavoured salve, apparently designed to make lips more ‘kissable’. The name ‘Chapstick’ seems to indicate that this product was specifically aimed at attracting men, ‘chap’ being a colloquial term for men at that time.
