Oil man mask

As the use of fossil fuels became less socially acceptable, those continuing to profiteer from their exploitation, known as Oil Men, disguised their identity with the use of masks such as these. Despite the seemingly gormless expressions of the masks, the presence of an Oil Man struck terror into the hearts of communities who feared that toxic flares would be exhaled through the Oil Man’s mouth and that their lands would be fracked.
