A state of the art weather forecaster

Mounted on a cane in the open air, this was able to accurately predict rain or shine.

Editor's note: an anonymous contributor to the Museum in 2016 has subsequently disputed the above classification, claiming instead that this artefact is the official flag of the Harry Potter Peoples, a youthful and globally dispersed tribe prevalent in the early 21st century.
